The Department of Information and Communication Engineering operates a variety of curricula with the educational goal of nurturing excellent and creative human resources who can become leaders in the development of ubiquitous IT. Information and communication education subjects that serve as the basis of u-IT include communication engineering, electronic circuit design, satellite communication, data communication, and sensor network; through subjects in information processing fields such as information processing, encryption security, code theory, and system programming, more sophisticated and extensive information processing technology education is provided. We also operate u-IT content development subjects such as programming languages, operating systems, and distributed programming.
