Introduction

Since its establishment in 1979, our library has been collecting and providing various academic information materials such as books, non-books, academic journals, and electronic materials necessary for academic research and learning from professors and students.
In addition, in order to respond actively to the diverse and specialised information demands of users in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, we have established a customised teaching and learning support service system to support academic research and learning activities of professors and students faithfully.
Currently, we are promoting remodelling to build service infrastructure based on smart innovation and technology and reconfigure it as a shared space for creativity, collaboration, and culture and relaxation.

  • ②The login ID is the student number (employee number), and the initial password setting is the date of birth in 6 digits (to change password in Change personal information after logging in).
  • ③Data search and electronic materials (web DB, electronic journals, e-books, video materials, etc.) are provided, and you can apply for various library services.


Access from the suburbs

You can access the original text of electronic information (web DB, electronic journals, etc.) in service anytime, anywhere in the suburbs (home, business trip).

2. Inquiry/Extension/Reservation of rental materials

Inquiry

If you go to the library website →My Page →select [Rental Inquiry/Extension/Reservation], you can check your rental inquiry/reservation inquiry, rental/return record, extension and reservation status, etc.

Extension

  • ①Extension of rental materials is possible once from 5 days before the expected return date, which is extended by rental period for each status. (Local residents not eligible for extension)
  • ②If the book whose rental period you want to extend is a reserved book, you cannot extend the rental period.
  • ③If there are overdue books or sanctions, extension is not allowed.


Reservation

  • ①If all the materials you are looking for are in “rental” status, make a reservation for rental first when the materials are returned.
  • ②When the reserved material arrives, a notification is sent via SMS or My Library →Personal Notice on the library website.
  • ③If you do not rent a book within 2 days of notifying the arrival of the reserved book, the reservation is automatically cancelled, and the reservation is transferred to the next reservation; if there is no reservation, it is transferred to the library.

3. Mutual loan / Original text copy service

Materials that are not owned by our library are provided by requesting copies and through rental of materials from domestic and overseas cooperative libraries.

There are 64 seats on the first floor of the study hall, so you can use various media materials stored in the library, non-book materials, and online lectures and edit documents.

Free reading room

You can use one of the 750 seats in the general reading room on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the study hall after submitting a library seat management application (Clicker) or the ticket machine (1st floor of the study hall).

Group study room

The 18 rooms (114 seats) on the 3rd floor of the study hall can be used after making a reservation through the library seat management application (Clicker) or the library website.

Locker

There are 870 lockers on the 2nd and 4th floors of the study hall; after applying 4 times a year, they are assigned through a computerised lottery.
