Foodservice management lab

Foodservice management lab focuses on marketing strategies and consumer behavior in foodservice industry. Dr. Yoon’s research interests lie in sustainable food system and consumption, consumer behavior related to healthy eating and cooking, and corporate social responsibility. Dr. Yoon has conducted research with different research methods: experiments, survey, content analysis, and financial analysis with secondary data. She also enjoy exploring topics related to experiences in dining, festival, and tourism fields, and well-being for customers and employees. In addition, the lab members have continuously participated in marketing strategy idea contests.
