Transistors based on amorphous oxide semiconductors are expected to be applied as high-performance display backplanes, various functional sensors, deformable devices, and intelligent semiconductor devices due to the advantages of high mobility, high optical transmittance, and low-temp. process compatibility.

In our laboratory, we are interested in inorganic synthesis technology, solution coating and low temperature process technology, high-performance transistors, and applications for various optoelectronic devices (displays, optical sensors, artificial intelligence computing and human mimic devices).
