Cartoons and animations, one of the popular arts that are hi-tech forms of modern society, play a pivotal role in the cultural industry and provide a new forum for communication. In particular, in the 21st century, in the era of digital content, combining with new media leads to new expansion and cultural industries and has the social function of effectively delivering images as information and cultural functionality of visual media at the same time. Nowadays, based on digital content, we are expanding to various types of content areas such as cartoons, animations, videos, characters, and games. This major aims to foster and nurture experts with creative thinking and content development ability to lead the future art by exploring these characteristics from the status of art and industry.
