The Department of Visual Design at Sunchon University aims to educate creative talents for the production of video content, which is attracting attention as a key field in the era of the 4th industrial revolution in the 21st century. This major, as the first Department of Visual Design among national universities, has state-of-the-art imaging equipment and excellent faculty who have studied from all over the world. We intend to solidify our status as a future-oriented university by producing elite professional image design professionals through systematic learning. In addition, by actively promoting distributive research exchanges with industries, we are actively reflecting the practical and specific educational programs that society needs. The curriculum, based on video program operation ability, is focused on practical and active practical training in all areas of the video industry such as short films, music videos, CFs, animations, and mobile videos, as well as video theory subjects such as theory and seminars, video studies, and scenario writing.
