In addition, in relation to life sciences, we produce talents who will professionally perform research functions in modern biology and nurture professional manpower who will contribute to the improvement of productivity of biological resources, conservation of the environment, and development of the biological industry.
The Department of Cooking and Science has the main purpose of cultivating professionals who contribute to the development of dietary life demanded by individuals and society through various experiments and practices, while acquiring specialised knowledge and theories on the science of cooking food.
