The Department of Bio-Oriental Resources aims to cultivate talent who will play a pivotal role in the development, production, use, and commercialization of oriental medicine resource plants by researching all fields related to the search, development, and use of natural useful resources. Based on the systematic development of traditional oriental medicine resources and the basic theory of oriental medicine resources necessary for oriental medicine experts who can activate them, we nurture competent oriental medicine resource experts with excellent practical skills in the field through systematic learning, experimentation, and practice on cultivation, distribution, processing, storage, classification and preservation, herbal medicine, analysis, and development of superior oriental medicinal resources.
