- 멘토링부터 IR까지… 청년창업 실전 역량 강화

국립순천대학교(총장 이병운)는 지난 11월 3일부터 4일까지 ‘2025 글로컬 청년창업사관학교 액셀러레이팅 비즈니스 모델 캠프’를 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 캠프는 국립순천대학교가 주최하고 ㈜와이앤아처가 운영했으며 학생 창업가, 지역 청년 창업가, 분야별 창업 전문가, 투자자 등 50여 명이 창업 아이템 고도화와 사업계획 구체화를 위한 역량 강화 프로그램에 참여했다.

참가자들은 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 사업계획서 작성 실습을 비롯해 단계별 그룹 멘토링과 1:1 전담 멘토링을 통해 창업 아이템의 기술적·사업적 타당성을 점검하고 IR(Investor Relations) 자료를 고도화하는 시간을 가졌다. 또한 현장 인터뷰를 통해 참가 기업의 사업 현황을 진단하고 향후 개선 방향을 논의하는 등 프로그램의 내실을 더했다.

국립순천대교 창업지원단 최정민 단장은“이번 비즈니스 모델 캠프는 글로컬 창업사관학교의 핵심 프로그램으로, 대학과 지역 창업자들의 비즈니스 경쟁력을 높이고, 창업생태계의 기반을 강화하는데 데 큰 의미가 있었다”며, “참가자들이 지속적으로 성장하고 전남권 창업생태계가 활성화될 수 있도록 적극적으로 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

국립순천대학교 창업지원단은 이번 비즈니스 모델 캠프 성과를 바탕으로 지역 특화 창업교육 강화, 단계별 창업기업 성장 지원, 맞춤형 멘토링 및 투자 연계 프로그램 확대 등을 추진해 ‘대학 중심 창업 혁신 생태계’ 조성에 더욱 박차를 가할 계획이다.

SCNU Successfully Hosts the “2025 Glocal Youth Startup Academy Accelerating Business Model Camp”

Sunchon National University (SCNU, President Lee Byung-woon) announced that it successfully held the “2025 Glocal Youth Startup Academy Accelerating Business Model Camp” from November 3 to 4. The program was organized by SCNU and operated by Y&Archer Inc., with participation from student entrepreneurs, local young startup founders, industry experts, and investors, totaling around 50 attendees. The camp focused on strengthening practical competencies for refining business items and developing detailed business plans.

Participants engaged in hands-on training, including drafting business proposals using artificial intelligence (AI), step-by-step group mentoring, and one-on-one dedicated mentoring sessions. Through this process, they examined both the technical feasibility and business viability of their startup ideas, while also enhancing their investor relations (IR) materials. In addition, on-site interviews were conducted to assess each team’s business model and discuss strategic directions for improvement.

Choi Jung-min, Director of the SCNU Startup Support Office, stated, “This business model camp is a key program of the Glocal Youth Startup Academy. It provided a meaningful platform for both university and regional young entrepreneurs to strengthen their business competitiveness and deepen the foundation of the local startup ecosystem. SCNU will continue to offer strong support to ensure participants’ sustained growth and to activate the startup environment across the Jeonnam region.”

Based on the outcomes of this program, SCNU plans to further expand regional specialized entrepreneurship education, enhance step-by-step growth support for startup teams, and strengthen tailored mentoring and investment linkage programs, accelerating the development of a “university-centered startup innovation ecosystem.”
