- 오는 8월 25일 70주년기념관 광장에서 개최 … “청년 취업 기회 확대와 청년고용정책 연계의 장”

국립순천대학교(총장 이병운) 대학일자리플러스센터는 고용노동부 2025년 졸업생 특화 프로그램의 일환으로 “미취업 청년 발굴 및 연계 프로그램 「2025 다다익잡(多多益JOB)」”을 오는 8월 25일(월) 10시~13시, 국립순천대학교 70주년기념관 앞 광장에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.

행사명 「다다익잡(多多益JOB)」은 ‘많을수록 더욱 이롭다’는 뜻의 사자성어 ‘다다익선(多多益善)’을 변형한 것으로, 다양한 청년이 모여 더 많은 취업 기회를 얻는 장이 되기를 바라는 뜻을 담고 있다.

이번 행사는 같은 날 진행되는 학위수여식과 연계해 졸업생들의 취업 대기 기간을 최소화하고, 재학생·졸업예정자·지역 청년 등 약 400여 명을 대상으로 진행된다. 대학일자리플러스센터와 7개 유관기관이 함께 참여해, 현장에서 진로·취업 상담, 청년고용정책 안내, 맞춤형 지원사업 신청 등을 1:1로 지원한다.

주요 프로그램은 △졸업생 특화 프로그램 안내 △커리어 로드맵 컨설팅 △국민취업지원제도 및 미래내일 일경험 사업 등 청년고용정책 설명 △지역 일자리 및 직업훈련 연계 상담으로 구성된다. 현장에서는 즉석카메라 포토존과 기념품 증정 이벤트도 진행되어 참여자들의 관심과 호응을 높일 예정이다.

한편, 대학일자리플러스센터 최수임 센터장은 “다다익잡은 미취업 청년을 조기에 발굴하고, 청년고용정책과 실질적으로 연계해 취업 성과로 이어지도록 하는 것이 목표”라며, “앞으로도 지역 내 다양한 기관과 협력해 청년들이 취업의 기회를 놓치지 않도록 지원을 확대하겠다”고 전했다.

SCNU Career Plus Center to Host Employment Support Event for Graduates and Local Youth: “2025 DaDaIkJob (多多益JOB)”

Sunchon National University (SCNU, President Lee Byung-woon) announced that the University Career Plus Center will hold the “2025 DaDaIkJob (多多益JOB)” program, a graduate-focused initiative supported by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, on Monday, August 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the plaza in front of SCNU’s 70th Anniversary Memorial Hall.

The event title, DaDaIkJob (多多益JOB), is a creative variation of the Korean idiom DaDaIkSeon (多多益善), meaning “the more, the better.” It reflects the hope that by gathering a diverse group of young people, more employment opportunities can be created.

Organized in conjunction with SCNU’s commencement ceremony on the same day, the event aims to minimize the waiting period between graduation and employment. It will serve approximately 400 participants, including current students, soon-to-be graduates, and local young job seekers. The Career Plus Center, together with seven related institutions, will provide one-on-one support on-site, including career and employment counseling, guidance on youth employment policies, and applications for tailored support programs.

Key programs include: Guidance on graduate-focused employment support initiatives, Career roadmap consulting, Information sessions on youth, employment policies such as the National Employment Support Program and the Future Tomorrow Work Experience Project, Career counseling linked to local jobs and vocational training opportunities, Additionally, a photo booth and souvenir giveaways will be set up to boost participant engagement.

Choi Soo-im, Director of the Career Plus Center, commented: “The purpose of DaDaIkJob is to identify unemployed youth early, connect them directly to youth employment policies, and ensure that these efforts lead to tangible job outcomes. Moving forward, we will continue working with diverse local institutions to ensure that young people do not miss opportunities for employment.”
