- 졸업생 및 지역 청년 대상…채용 트렌드 분석부터 현직자 멘토링·직무체험형 인턴 안내까지 맞춤형 지원

국립순천대학교(총장 이병운) 대학일자리플러스센터는 2025년 고용노동부 특화 프로그램의 일환으로, 지난 6월 10일부터 3일간 졸업생 대상 취업 준비 패키지 ‘잡프렌즈 스타트팩 데이’를 성공적으로 운영했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 온·오프라인으로 진행되었으며, 졸업생과 졸업예정자 등 약 50명이 참석한 가운데 △상반기 채용 트렌드 분석 △하반기 채용 대비 취업 전략 수립 △졸업생 맞춤형 입사지원서 작성법 △온라인 현직자 멘토링 △직무체험형 인턴십 프로그램 등 다양한 구성으로 운영되었다.

특히 상반기 채용 트렌드 분석에 따르면, 멘토링과 인턴십 등 ‘일 경험’의 중요성이 더욱 부각된 것으로 나타났다. 참가자들은 이번 행사를 하반기 채용에 체계적으로 대비할 수 있는 실질적 기회로 평가하며 높은 만족도를 보였다.

현재 국립순천대 대학일자리플러스센터는 현직자와의 온라인 1:1 멘토링이 가능한 ‘코멘토’ 플랫폼과 연간 계약을 체결하고, 재학생과 졸업생 모두가 무료로 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 아울러 오는 하반기(10~12월)에는 직무 경험을 지원하는 ‘직무체험형 인턴십’ 프로그램을 통해 졸업생들에게 현장 중심의 실무 기회를 제공할 예정이다.

정정조 대학일자리플러스센터장은 “원거리 거주로 인해 대학 방문이 어려운 졸업생과 지역 청년들을 위해 순천·광양 고용복지플러스센터, 전라남도 중소기업일자리경제진흥원 등 유관기관과 협력해 특화 프로그램을 지속 확대해 나가겠다”라고 밝혔다.

Sunchon National University Successfully Hosts “Job Friends Start Pack Day” for Graduates’ Career Support

Sunchon National University (President Lee Byung-woon) announced that its University Job Plus Center successfully held a three-day employment preparation program, “Job Friends Start Pack Day,” from June 10 to 12 as part of the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s 2025 specialized support initiatives.

The event was conducted both online and offline, with approximately 50 participants including recent graduates and soon-to-be graduates. The program covered a wide range of topics, including △an analysis of first-half recruitment trends, △job-seeking strategies for the second half of the year, △resume writing tailored to graduates, △one-on-one online mentoring with professionals, and △information on job-experience-based internship programs.

According to the recruitment trend analysis, the importance of “hands-on experience” -such as mentoring and internships-has become increasingly significant. Participants evaluated the program as a valuable opportunity to systematically prepare for upcoming job opportunities and expressed high levels of satisfaction.

Currently, the University Job Plus Center has signed an annual agreement with the professional mentoring platform Comento, providing free one-on-one online mentoring opportunities for both current students and graduates. In addition, the center plans to launch a Job Experience Internship Program during the second half of the year (October to December), offering graduates practical, field-based training experiences.

Jeong Jeong-jo, Director of the University Job Plus Center, stated, “For graduates and local youth who may find it difficult to visit the university due to distance, we will continue to expand customized programs in collaboration with related institutions such as the Suncheon and Gwangyang Employment Welfare Plus Centers and the Jeollanam-do SME Job and Economy Promotion Agency.”
