- 창업기업과의 신뢰 구축 네트워크 강화

국립순천대학교(총장 이병운)는 지난 5월 29일부터 30일까지 여수 소노캄 호텔에서 초기창업패키지 창업기업 워크숍‘2025 스타트업 네트워킹 DAY’를 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 워크숍은 국립순천대학교가 주관하는 초기창업패키지 사업에 선정된 23개 창업기업 대표 및 임직원, 그리고 창업지원 유관기관 관계자 등 40여 명이 참석한 가운데 1박 2일간 진행됐다.

행사는 ▲초기창업패키지 창업기업 오리엔테이션 ▲창업기업 소개 ▲후속지원 로드맵 특강 ▲주관기관 멘토링 세션 등으로 구성되어, 창업기업 간 네트워크를 구축하고 주관기관과의 신뢰를 형성하는 데 중점을 두었다.

특히, 참여 기업들의 실질적인 성장을 지원하기 위한 다양한 특강이 마련됐다. 주요 강연은 ▲인공지능융합사업단의 AI 창업 트렌드 ▲㈜크랩스의 선배기업의 투자유치 전략 노하우 ▲㈜스타트폴리오의 공공판로 진출 전략 수립 방법 ▲㈜인라이트벤처스의 투자자 관점의 IR 전략 등으로, 참가자들로부터 높은 호응을 얻었다.

㈜바른정보기술 김상인 대표는 “이런 강의는 처음 들어봤다”며, “그동안 스타트업 기업으로서 공공시장에서 겪는 우리의 애로사항을 해결해 줄 전문가를 찾고 있었는데, 드디어 찾게 되었다. 정말 뜻깊은 시간이었다”고 소감을 전했다.

이외에도 기업 간 협업 기회 발굴을 위한 그룹토크, 주관기관과의 심층 미팅, 실무자 간 네트워킹 프로그램 등이 함께 운영되어, 창업기업 성장 지원 생태계 조성에 기여했다는 평가다.

국립순천대학교 창업지원단 관계자는 “이번 워크숍을 통해 창업기업과 대학 간의 신뢰 관계를 더욱 돈독히 하고, 실질적인 성장 기반을 함께 설계하는 계기가 되었다”며, “향후에도 단계별 맞춤형 프로그램을 통해 기업의 스케일업을 적극 지원하겠다”고 전했다.

한편, 국립순천대학교는 전라남도 유일의 중소벤처기업부 초기창업패키지 주관기관으로서 매년 창업 3년 이내 유망기업을 발굴·육성하고 있다.

Sunchon National University Successfully Hosts ‘2025 Startup Networking Day’ Workshop

Sunchon National University (SCNU, President Lee Byung-woon) announced the successful hosting of the 2025 Startup Networking Day workshop, held from May 29 to 30 at Sono Calm Hotel in Yeosu. The event brought together more than 40 participants, including representatives from 23 early-stage startups selected for SCNU’s Startup Package Program, as well as officials from supporting institutions.

The two-day workshop included a variety of sessions such as an orientation for participating startups, company introductions, a roadmap lecture on follow-up support, and mentoring sessions led by the host institution. The primary goal was to foster networking among startups and build trust between companies and SCNU as a supporting agency.

A key highlight was a series of practical lectures designed to support the growth of participating companies. Topics included: ▲ AI startup trends by the AI Convergence Business Group ▲ Investment strategy know-how from CRABs Inc., a successful startup graduate ▲ Entry strategies into the public sector by Startfolio Inc. ▲ Investor-focused IR strategy by Enlight Ventures Inc. These sessions received strong positive feedback from attendees.

Kim Sang-in, CEO of Barun Information Technology, commented, “This was the first time I’ve attended such a helpful lecture. As a startup facing difficulties entering public markets, I’ve been searching for the right expert, and I finally found one today. It was a truly meaningful experience.”

The workshop also featured group discussions to explore collaboration opportunities, in-depth meetings with SCNU staff, and networking sessions among startup teams and program managers?further contributing to a vibrant startup support ecosystem.

A representative from SCNU’s Startup Support Center noted, “This workshop helped strengthen the trust between SCNU and the startups we support. It also served as an opportunity to co-design a foundation for real growth. We will continue offering tailored programs to actively support each company’s scale-up journey.”

Meanwhile, SCNU is the only university in Jeollanam-do designated by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to operate the Early-Stage Startup Package Program. Each year, it identifies and supports promising startups within three years of founding.
