- 수료 앞둔 원우 39명과 총동문 한자리에 모여 유대 강화

국립순천대학교(총장 이병운) 경영행정대학원(원장 조래철)은 지난 9일 순천마리나웨딩컨벤션에서 2025학년도 2학기 최고관리자과정 종강식을 개최했다.

국립순천대학교 경영행정대학원 최고관리자과정은 1995년 개설 이후 30년간 지역사회와 함께 성장해 온 전문 교육과정으로, 지금까지 1,800여 명의 동문을 배출해 왔다. 수료생들은 전남 동부권 지역을 중심으로 공공·산업·경제·문화 분야에서 오피니언 리더로 활동하며 지역사회 발전과 지역중심대학 육성에 기여하고 있다. 올해 3월 입학한 제29기 원우 39명은 내년 2월 21일 정식 수료를 앞두고 있다.

이번 종강식은 한 학기 교육과정을 마무리하며 원우 간 교류와 결속을 다지고, 최고관리자과정의 교육적 성과와 네트워크 가치를 공유하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히, 이날 행사에서는 경영행정대학원장의 격려금 전달과 함께 각종 상이 수여되었다. 최고관리자과정 발전을 위해 솔선수범한 12명의 원우가 특별상과 우수상을 받았으며, 대내외 활동에서 헌신해 온 조상혁 골프위원은 총동창회장 특별공로상을 수상했다.

조래철 경영행정대학원장은 환영사를 통해 “최고관리자과정은 단순한 교육을 넘어 지역사회와 대학을 잇는 신뢰의 네트워크”라며 “이번 종강식이 원우 간 유대를 더욱 공고히 하고, 지역 발전을 함께 고민하는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다. 이어 제26대 이용호 총동창회장은 “인연의 소중함을 되새기며, 오늘의 만남이 제29기 원우들의 지속적인 교류와 활성화로 이어지기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

이날 행사에서는 시인이자 제29기 고문인 고광준 시인이 자작시집 『꽃과 나무는 영원하다』 제2집에 수록된 ‘칠십 평생 살다 보니’를 낭송하며 종강식의 의미를 더했으며, 참석자들은 밤늦은 시간까지 교류와 화합 속에 한 학기의 마무리를 함께했다.

한편, 이날 종강식에는 조래철 경영행정대학원장과 이수현 최고관리자과정 주임교수(물류학과), 박가연 팀장을 비롯해 제26대 이용호 총동창회장, 김승희 수석부회장, 박성모 기획국장, 김영주 문화분과위원장, 임현숙 제25기 전 동창회장 등 총동창회 임원진과 제29기 곽현옥 원우회장, 이영석 수석부회장 및 제29기 원우 등 60여 명이 참석해 자리를 빛냈다.

SCNU Graduate School of Business and Public Administration Holds Closing Ceremony for the 29th Executive Program

The Graduate School of Business and Public Administration at Sunchon National University (SCNU) held the closing ceremony for the 29th Executive Program for the second semester of the 2025 academic year on December 9 at Suncheon Marina Wedding Convention.

Established in 1995, the Executive Program has a 30-year history of cultivating leaders who contribute to regional development. To date, more than 1,800 alumni have completed the program and are actively engaged across various sectors. The 29th cohort consists of 39 participants, who are scheduled to complete the program in February next year.

The ceremony was organized to mark the completion of the semester and to strengthen bonds among current participants and alumni. Approximately 60 attendees, including alumni and current members, gathered to reflect on the outcomes of the program and share perspectives on future cooperation and networking.

During the event, special awards and commendations were presented to participants who made notable contributions to program activities and cohort engagement. Cultural performances and celebratory programs were also held, adding meaning to the conclusion of the semester.

SCNU’s Graduate School of Business and Public Administration plans to continue operating executive education programs that grow together with the local community, while actively supporting sustained exchange and collaboration among its alumni network.
