- 창업 아이디어 실증부터 3분 피칭까지… 실습 중심 프로젝트로 실전 경험 제공

- 창의성과 실무 역량을 갖춘 미래 창업 인재 조기 양성

국립순천대학교(총장 이병운) 창업지원단은 지난 6월 13일과 20일 양일간 광양고등학교에서 고교생의 창업 활동을 촉진하는‘2025 넥스트 리더스 창업캠프’를 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 캠프에는 총 30여 명의 학생들이 참여해 6명씩 5개 팀으로 나뉘어 팀별 창업 프로젝트를 수행했다. 프로그램은 ▲디자인씽킹 교육 ▲비즈니스 모델 수립 ▲발표 및 피드백 ▲경진대회 등 전 과정을 실습형으로 구성해, 아이디어 스케치부터 실현가능한 사업화 발표까지 경험할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

특히 경진대회에서는 BTS팀이 「학생들끼리 OOTD를 공유하고 옷을 렌탈, 구매할 수 있는 앱: 'NOBA' 」아이디어를 제시해 대상을 받았다. 이외에도 ▲기업 간 파트너십을 연결해주는 플랫폼 ‘Link up’▲실시간 주차장 정보를 제공하는 알림 앱 ‘빈데이’▲VR과 AI 튜터 기술을 접목한 교육 플랫폼 ‘EduPlay(에듀플레이)’▲광양 지역 경제 활성화를 위한 '매실테마파크' 아이디어가 각각 최우수상과 우수상을 수상하며 높은 관심을 모았다.

참여 학생들은 “짧은 시간이었지만 창업의 전 과정을 압축적으로 체험하면서 두려움보다는 자신감을 갖게 되었다”라며 캠프 활동에 높은 만족감을 나타냈다.

최정민 창업지원단장은 “이번 캠프가 학생들이 자신의 아이디어를 실현해 보는 소중한 첫걸음이 되었기를 바란다”라며, “앞으로도 창의성과 실무 역량을 갖춘 미래 창업 인재 양성을 위해 다양한 프로그램을 지속 운영하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Sunchon National University Hosts “2025 Next Leaders Startup Camp” for High School Students

Hands-on startup experience through team projects, from idea sketching to business pitching

Sunchon National University (President Lee Byung-woon) successfully held the 2025 Next Leaders Startup Camp on June 13 and 20 at Gwangyang High School, aiming to foster entrepreneurial skills among local high school students. A total of 30 students participated, forming five teams to engage in hands-on startup projects. The program included design thinking workshops, business model development, team presentations, and a final pitch competition.

The Grand Prize was awarded to the BTS Team for their idea “NOBA,” a mobile app where students can share their outfits and rent or purchase clothes from one another. Other award-winning ideas included a business partnership platform (Link Up), a real-time parking app (Binday), a VR and AI-based learning platform (EduPlay), and a regional revitalization concept (Maesil Theme Park).

Participants expressed high satisfaction, noting increased confidence through practical experience. Choi Jeong-min, Director of the Startup Support Center, stated that the camp served as a meaningful first step for aspiring entrepreneurs and reaffirmed the university’s commitment to nurturing creative and capable future startup leaders.
