- 재학생·졸업생 대상 1박 2일 집중교육 … 현직자 특강·입사지원서 코칭·면접 트레이닝 등

 실전형 취업역량 강화 프로그램 운영

국립순천대학교(총장 이병운) 대학일자리플러스센터는 지난 6월 20일부터 21일까지 이틀간 여수 오션힐호텔에서 ‘2025학년도 글로컬 취업 집중 캠프’를 개최하고 성공적으로 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

이번 캠프는 글로컬대학사업의 일환으로 추진되었으며, 3~4학년 재학생과 졸업생 등 총 35명이 참여했다. 참가자들은 현장 중심의 실전형 프로그램을 통해 취업역량을 집중적으로 강화하는 시간을 가졌다.

주요 프로그램은 △현직자 특강(2회) △개별 및 그룹 역량 진단 △맞춤형 입사지원서 작성법 △보이스·면접 트레이닝 등으로 구성되었으며, 팀워크와 의사소통 능력 향상을 위한 조별 활동도 병행되었다. 이를 통해 학생들은 실제 취업 현장에서 요구되는 핵심역량을 직접 경험하고 점검할 수 있었다.

특히 여수국가산단 소재 우수 중견기업 재원산업㈜과 현장 맞춤형 교육 전문기관인 광양만권HRD센터의 현직자가 진행한 특강은 산업 트렌드, 실무 경험, 채용 정보 등을 생생하게 전달해 참가자들의 높은 호응을 얻었다.

 정정조 대학일자리플러스센터장은“이번 캠프는 단순한 취업 준비를 넘어, 학생들이 실질적으로 체감할 수 있는 실무 역량을 갖춘 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 기획했다”며, “앞으로도 캠프 운영시 현직자 특강을 확대하고 학생들의 실무 역량과 취업 자신감을 높일 수 있는 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 국립순천대학교 대학일자리플러스센터에서는 전라남도 지역 정주 확산을 위해 중견·우수 기업 준비반, 지역기업 탐방 프로그램 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 오는 하반기(10~12월)에는 직무 경험을 지원하는‘직무체험형 인턴십’ 프로그램을 통해 졸업생에게 현장 중심의 실무 기회를 제공할 예정이다.

Sunchon National University Career Plus Center Successfully Hosts “2025 Glocal Employment Intensive Camp”

- Two-day immersive program for students and graduates includes expert lectures, resume coaching, and interview training

Sunchon National University (President Lee Byung-woon) announced that its Career Plus Center successfully held the “2025 Glocal Employment Intensive Camp” from June 20 to 21 at Ocean Hill Hotel in Yeosu.

Organized as part of the university’s Glocal University Project, the camp was attended by 35 participants, including third- and fourth-year students as well as recent graduates. The two-day program focused on enhancing practical employment competencies through field-oriented training.

Key components of the camp included: Two sessions of expert lectures by industry professionals, Individual and group competency assessments, Customized resume writing workshops, Voice and interview training

Participants also engaged in team-building activities designed to improve communication and collaboration?key skills for the workplace. These programs provided an opportunity to simulate and evaluate real-world job-seeking scenarios.

A highlight of the camp was the expert lecture sessions delivered by professionals from Jaewon Industrial Co., Ltd., a leading mid-sized company in the Yeosu National Industrial Complex, and the Gwangyang Bay Area HRD Center. The sessions offered in-depth insights into industry trends, field experience, and hiring practices, drawing enthusiastic responses from students.

Center Director Jeong Jeong-jo stated, “This camp was designed not just to prepare for employment, but to help students build real-world skills and confidence.” He added, “We plan to expand similar programs, especially those involving industry experts, to further boost students’ employment readiness.”

Meanwhile, the Career Plus Center continues to support youth settlement in the Jeollanam-do region by offering various initiatives, such as training courses for mid-sized and high-potential companies and local company field trips. A “Job Experience Internship” program is also scheduled for October to December, providing recent graduates with hands-on work experience in the field.
