Please note that your foreign education must be verified for authenticity. Verification is required for your highest credential per foreign country. Here are the options and instructions:

Option 1: Verification by Email or Electronic Delivery - You can request the registrar's office (or other appropriate records/examinations office) of your previous foreign institution(s) to email your official transcript or results directly to The Evaluation Company (verification@evalcompany.com). The email must be sent through an official institutional email account, complete with the sender's name, job title, and department. We cannot accept emails from public domains such as “@yahoo.com” , “@gmail.com,” "mail.ru," etc. Alternatively, many universities and colleges offer electronic transcript delivery through services such as National Student Clearinghouse, for example. If your university offers electronic transcript delivery, you can request that instead. The electronic delivery procedure must be clearly listed on the website of your foreign university or college. If you have completed your program of study AND earned the credential/qualification/degree/diploma/etc., the verification must include the name of the credential you were awarded and the date it was awarded. 

Option 2: Verification by Mail - You can request your foreign institution to mail your official documents directly to our Houston office. Your documents must be stamped and signed by the  appropriate staff (usually the Registrar) and sealed in an official envelope, issued by your foreign academic institution. Documents cannot be mailed by you, your relatives, your friends or any other party. The "Sender" field on the shipping label or envelope must clearly show your foreign academic institution's name and address. Our mailing address is: The Evaluation Company, 2400 Augusta Drive, Suite 451, Houston, TX 77057, United States of America. If you have completed your program of study AND earned the credential/qualification/degree/diploma/etc., the verification must include the name of the credential you were awarded and the date it was awarded. 

Option 3: The Evaluation Company Document Verification Service (DVS) - If the first two options are not possible, you can choose to use The Evaluation Company's Document Verification Service (DVS). If you have not done so already, you must be able to provide a scanned copy of your official academic documents and any other materials required to start the process. Our Verification Department will then contact your foreign institution to verify your documents. DVS costs vary by country and even by institution.
