- 맞춤형 컨설팅 역량 강화로 농업인 실질 지원 기대… 전국 최다 인증경영체 기반 지역 농촌 경쟁력 제고

국립순천대학교(총장 이병운)는 전남농촌융복합산업지원센터(센터장 송경환, 농업경제학과 교수)가 지난 3월 25일 ‘2025년도 전남농촌융복합산업 현장코칭 전문위원 워크숍’을 성공적으로 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

이번 워크숍은 전남지역 농업인의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 전문 컨설팅 품질 제고를 목적으로 마련되었으며, 전남농촌융복합산업지원센터(이하 전남6차센터)가 운영 중인 ‘현장코칭 사업’에 참여하는 다양한 분야의 컨설팅 전문가들이 한자리에 모여 교류하는 뜻깊은 자리였다.

워크숍에서는 ▲신규 현장코칭 전문위원 소개 ▲현장코칭 사업 운영 유의사항 안내 ▲전남농촌융복합산업 지원사업 및 관련 법률 안내 ▲농산물 가공 및 기입에 대한 인증 절차 등 실무 중심의 교육이 진행되었다. 특히 지원사업과 법률 안내에서는 전남농촌융복합산업 인증의 주요 혜택과 유의사항을 한눈에 정리한 책자와 자료가 배포되어 전문위원들의 높은 호응을 얻었다.

센터는 이번 워크숍을 통해 현장코칭 전문위원 간의 협력 네트워크를 공고히 하고, 앞으로 정기적인 교육과 현장 중심 컨설팅을 통해 변화하는 농업 환경에 선제적으로 대응할 수 있는 전략을 마련할 계획이다. 아울러, 컨설팅의 질적 향상을 통해 농업인들에게 실질적인 도움이 되는 맞춤형 솔루션을 지속적으로 제공하겠다는 방침이다.

전남6차센터 송경환 센터장은 “농업 환경이 빠르게 변화하는 지금, 전문위원들이 제공하는 맞춤형 컨설팅이 농업인들에게 실질적 돌파구가 될 수 있을것”이라며, “지속적인 교류와 실무 중심 교육을 통해 전남지역 농업의 경쟁력을 높여가겠다”고 밝혔다.

전남6차센터는 1차 산업(농촌 자원), 2차 산업(제조·가공), 3차 산업(체험·관광)이 융합된 6차산업 활성화를 지원하는 전문기관으로, 인증경영체의 소득 증대와 일자리 창출을 통해 지역 농촌경제의 지속 가능한 발전을 도모하고 있다. 현재 전국 11개소의 6차산업지원센터 가운데 전남6차센터는 2025년 1월 기준 427개소의 인증경영체를 보유하며 전국 최다 운영 실적을 기록하고 있다.

SCNU Hosts 2025 Workshop for Field Coaching Experts in Jeonnam’s Rural Convergence Industry

Sunchon National University (President Lee Byung-woon) announced that the Jeonnam Rural Convergence Industry Vitalization Support Center (Director Song Kyung-hwan, Professor of Agricultural Economics) successfully held the “2025 Field Coaching Expert Workshop” on March 25.

The workshop brought together field coaching experts from various sectors to strengthen the quality of consulting and enhance the competitiveness of farmers in Jeonnam. These experts are part of the Center’s ongoing Field Coaching Program, which supports rural innovation through expert-led consulting.

The program included the introduction of newly appointed field coaching experts, key operational guidelines, updates on support projects and related legal frameworks, and training on certification procedures for agricultural product processing. In particular, reference booklets summarizing the benefits and regulations of the Jeonnam Rural Convergence Industry Certification drew significant interest from the participants.

Through this workshop, the Center reinforced its expert network and outlined plans for continuous training and on-site consulting to help farmers adapt proactively to a rapidly changing agricultural landscape. The Center also aims to provide tailored solutions that offer practical value to farmers across the region.

Director Song emphasized that “in a time of fast-changing agricultural conditions, providing customized consulting is essential to helping farmers find effective solutions,” adding that “the Center will continue to promote collaboration and field-based education to strengthen the competitiveness of Jeonnam’s agricultural sector.”

The Jeonnam Rural Convergence Industry Vitalization Support Center promotes the integration of primary (agriculture and rural resources), secondary (processing and manufacturing), and tertiary (experiential and tourism) industries. As of January 2025, the Center operates 427 certified convergence enterprises, the largest number among the 11 such centers nationwide.
