2026학년도 무전공 신입생과 재학생들이 함께 하는 공동체프로그램

○ 운영방법

미션을 수행하여 임무를 완수할 때마다 '1빙고`가 되며, 3빙고까지 완성한 팀에게 장학금 지급

○ 운영대상: 학생생활관에 입주한 모든 관생(외국인유학생 포함)

○ 모집기준

1) 2인팀: 무전공 신입생(1명) 이상을 포함한 팀 구성

2) 4인팀: 무전공 신입생(2명) 이상을 포함한 팀 구성

※ 무전공(각 스쿨 및 자유전공학부)

※ 외국인유학생은 무전공 외 한국어학당 학생으로 대체 가능

○ 신청기간 : 2026. 10. 21.(수) ~ 10. 30.(금)

○ 신청방법: 행정실 방문신청 및 이메일 신청(j-jhj9665@scnu.ac.kr)

신청서 1부 및 개인정보 수집·이용 및 제공 동의서 각 1부(참여자 개인별 작성)

○ 운영기간: 2026. 11. 2.(월) ~ 12.11.(금) 16:00

○ 활동 내용: 한팀(4명구성)이 빙고줄(5?5빙고판)을 완성 시 팀장학금(포상금)을 지급하며, 3줄까지 지급

○ 팀당(2인) 210,000원/ 팀당(4인) 540,000원

○ 활동 내용 확인서 제출 ( ※행정실 방문제출 )

참여팀은 빙고(미션) 완수 후 완성된 빙고판 1부와 증빙자료 (사진 및 영수증 등)을 첨부한 활동 내용 확인서 3부 이내 제출 (정확한 확인을 위해 증빙서류는 컬러로 제출하여 주시기 바라며, 신청기간이 아닌 실제 운영기간에 해당하는 날짜만 인정됩니다)

○ 장학금 지급 제외

1) 활동내용 확인서가 미흡할 경우 ※모두 참여했다는 증빙확인이 가능해야함

2) 당초 참여자 중 한명이라도 중도퇴실 또는 휴학 등 맴버가 변경된 경우

3) 학기 말 생활관 만족도 조사 불참한 경우

4) 2인팀과 4인팀 중복신청으로 신청할 경우

○ 팀장학금 지급 : 팀장학금(포상금)이기 때문에 팀장에게 일괄지급

※ 증빙서류 확인 및 만족도 조사 완료 후 별도 공지 및 문자안내 예정

▣ Smart Student Residence Life Program with SCNU-RC Freshmen ▣

Join our community program for freshmen and current students! Complete Bingo missions with your team and earn scholarship awards.

○ How to Run

Each mission completed earns a "1 Bingo." A scholarship will be awarded to teams that complete a minimum of 1 Bingo and a maximum of 3 Bingo.

○ Eligibility: All dormitory residents (including international students)

Team Requirements

- 2-person team: At least 1 undeclared-major freshman

- 4-person team: At least 2 undeclared-major freshmen

※ Korean Language Institute students may substitute for undeclared-major freshmen in teams with international students.

○ Application Period: Oct. 21 (Wed.) ? Oct. 30 (Fri.), 2026

○ How to Apply: Visit the Dormitory Administration Office or email j-jhj9665@scnu.ac.kr

○ Program Period: Nov. 2 (Mon.) ? Dec. 11 (Fri.), 2026, 4:00 PM

○ Activity Details: Complete missions on a 5×5 Bingo Board (up to 3 Bingo lines).

- 2-person team: Up to KRW 210,000

- 4-person team: Up to KRW 540,000

※ Scholarships will be paid to the team leader.

○ Required Documents

Submit the following to the Dormitory Administration Office:

- Completed Bingo Board (1 copy)

- Activity Reports (up to 3 copies)

- Supporting evidence (photos, receipts, etc.)

○ Important Notes

- All supporting documents must be submitted in color.

- Only activities completed during the program period will be accepted.

- Evidence must confirm participation by all team members.

○ Scholarship Disqualification

Scholarships will not be awarded if:

1. Documents are incomplete or participation cannot be verified.

2. Any team member withdraws from the dormitory, takes a leave of absence, or is replaced.

3. Team members do not complete the dormitory satisfaction survey.

4. A participant registers for both team types.

※ Payment details will be announced after verification.
