▣ Clean:On 프로젝트 (클린호실 신청안내) ▣

학생생활관에서는 클린호실을 운영하여 쾌적하고 안전한 생활환경을 조성하고, 관생들의 자율적인 청결 습관과 공동체 의식을 함양하고자 합니다. 또한 우수 호실에 대한 보상을 통해 청결한 생활을 장려하고자 하오니, 관생 여러분의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

1. 일정 및 신청방법

● 대상 : 학생생활관에 입주한 전체 관생 (외국인 포함)

-각 생활관 호실별로 신청가능

아파트형 (A,B,C 각 호실별로 신청가능 ), 원룸형

※ 같은 호실 입주관생 2인 한 팀

※ 호실 기준이므로 1인실은 1인이 한 팀

※ 1차 정기점검 참여자 ( 재검검 신청자는 제외)

● 신청기간 : 1차) 2026.10.8.(목) ~ 10.13.(화) 18:00까지

2차) 2026.11.9.(월) ~ 11.12.(목) 18:00까지

3차) 2026.11.30.(월) ~ 12.3.(목) 18:00까지

● 신청 방법 : dormitory@scnu.ac.kr 이메일 주소로 신청서 제출

- 각 생활관 신청호실 관생들은 본인호실 사진을 촬영 후, 신청서 작성 및 사진 첨부하여 제출

- 사진은 호실 전경, 침구류, 책상, 공용실 등 정돈 상태가 잘 보이도록 촬영

- 공용 화장실 및 샤워실도 청결상태 준수

※ 복도에 공동 화장실 및 공동샤워실을 이용하는 청운관의 경우 사진 제외

● 선발기준 : 각 생활관 호실별로 최대 3~5팀까지 선정

● 만족도 조사 실시 : 종강 후 향림통 시스템 , 구글폼 (외국인) 만족도 조사 시행

2. 최종 점검 및 확인

- 정기점검 기간 중 담당자가 신청호실 사진 및 평정표 지참 후 현장 방문하여 제출된 사진과 실제 상태 비교 확인 후 호실

사진촬영 및 평정표를 행정실로 제출

- 청결 상태가 사진과 동일하거나 유지되고 있는 경우 선발

3. 클린호실 선발 및 혜택

● 클린선발호실

- 호실별 상품쿠폰(치킨,피자등) 지급

(해당 상품은 변경될 수 있습니다.)

- 상점 1점 부여

● 신청호실

-상점 1점 부여 (1차 사전평가 (서류)부분 통과자만 해당)

4. 최종선발 후 상품지급

정기점검 기간 (재점검 기간포함) 이후 선발된 호실에 개별 문자안내 예정

5. 신청 주의 사항

- 신청 후 점검 전까지 청결 상태 유지 필수(공용 화장실,샤워실도 청결상태 준수)

- 동일 호실의 연속 반복 수상은 제한될 수 있음 (1학기당 연속 2회까지 선발가능)

- 사진 조작, 타인의 사진 도용 등 부정행위 적발 시 향후 선정 제한

- 1차 정기점검 참여자만 신청 가능

- 만족도 조사 미 참여시 상점은 부여되지 않음.

▣ Clean Project (Clean Room) Application Guide ▣

The Student Residence Hall operates the Clean Project (Clean Room Program) to create a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment, while encouraging residents to develop good cleaning habits and a sense of community.

In addition, we aim to encourage residents to maintain a clean living environment by providing rewards to outstanding rooms. We ask for your active participation and interest.

1. Schedule and Application Method

● Eligible Applicants

• All residents currently living in the Student Residence Hall (including international students)
• Applications can be submitted by room
• Apartment-style residence halls: Each room in Building A, B, and C can apply separately
• Studio-style residence halls: Each room can apply separately

※ Two residents sharing the same room form one team.

※ For single rooms, one resident forms one team.

※ Only residents who participated in the 1st regular inspection are eligible to apply.
(Residents who applied for a re-inspection are not eligible.)

● Application Period

1st Round: October 8, 2026 (Thu) ~ October 13, 2026 (Tue), 6:00 PM

2nd Round: November 9, 2026 (Mon) ~ November 12, 2026 (Thu), 6:00 PM

3rd Round: November 30, 2026 (Mon) ~ December 3, 2026 (Thu), 6:00 PM

● How to Apply

Submit your application form via email to:

dormitory@scnu.ac.kr

• Residents of the applying room must take photos of their room, complete the application form, and submit the form with the photos attached.
• Please take photos that clearly show the overall condition and cleanliness of the room, including:
  • Overall room condition
  • Bedding
  • Desk
  • Common areas
• Please also maintain the cleanliness of shared bathrooms and shower rooms.

※ For Cheongun Hall, where shared bathrooms and shower rooms are located in the hallway, photos of these areas are not required.

● Selection Criteria

• A maximum of 3?5 teams will be selected from each residence hall.

● Satisfaction Survey

• A satisfaction survey will be conducted after the end of the semester through the Hyangrimtong system and Google Forms (for international students).

2. Final Inspection and Verification

• During the regular inspection period, staff members will visit the applicant rooms with the submitted room photos and evaluation sheets.
• The actual condition of the room will be compared with the photos submitted at the time of application.
• Staff members will take photos of the room and complete the evaluation sheet before submitting them to the Student Residence Hall Office.
• Rooms whose cleanliness and condition are the same as, or maintained at the level shown in, the submitted photos will be considered for final selection.

3. Clean Room Selection and Benefits

● Selected Clean Rooms

• Room-specific gift coupons
  (e.g., chicken, pizza, etc.)

  ※ The type of gift may be changed depending on circumstances.

• 1 residence hall merit point

● Applicant Rooms

• 1 residence hall merit point

  ※ Applicable only to rooms that pass the 1st preliminary evaluation (document/photo evaluation).

4. Final Selection and Distribution of Rewards

After the regular inspection period, including the re-inspection period, the final selected rooms will be determined.

Residents of the selected rooms will be notified individually by text message regarding the reward and distribution details.

5. Important Notes

• After applying, residents must maintain the cleanliness of their room until the inspection.
  (Shared bathrooms and shower rooms must also be kept clean.)
• Repeated consecutive selection of the same room may be restricted. A room may be selected for a maximum of two consecutive times per semester.
• If any fraudulent activity is discovered, such as manipulation of photos or using photos belonging to another person, the room may be restricted from participating in future selections.
• Only residents who participated in the 1st regular inspection are eligible to apply.
• If residents do not participate in the satisfaction survey, the merit point will not be awarded.
