세계적으로 코로나19 팬더믹이 지속되고 있어 2020학년도 12월부터 출국하는 모든 유학생(수료생 포함)은 출국 전 국제교류교육본부의 허가를 받고 출국해야 합니다.
어학당 재학생: 연수기간 중 일시 출국 불가 (단, 개인 질병 치료, 부모 사망 등 특별한 사안이 발생한 경우 학기 중 2주 이내, 방학 기간 중 최대 4주 이내 허용) 학위과정생: 방학기간에 한하여 출국 허가, 출국 사유에 제한이 없으나 해외 체류 연간 일수는 최대 60일로 제한합니다.

Q.한국으로 돌아오는 항공권을 구매하지 못하였어요, 또는 돌아오는 항공이 바뀌었어요. A.한국으로 돌아올 일정 2주일 전에 국제교류교육본부에서 신청서에 적은 이메일로 학생에게 연락할 것입니다. 반드시 한국 입국 전, 돌아오는 항공편 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
Q.대학원생입니다. 논문제출이 끝나서 방학 전에 출국하고 싶은데 가능할까요? A.논문제출 증빙서류 및 지도교수 확인서명이 있을 경우 출국이 가능합니다. 자세한 사항은 국제교류교육본부와 상담 후 진행하세요.

The Corona 19 Pandemic continues all over the world and it is getting worse and worse. Starting December 2020, all international students (including those who have completed their studies) who will leave Korea temporarily must get permission from the Institution of International Affairs and Education(IIAE office) before their departure.
Korean language Students: Unable to leave temporarily during the studying period (However, up to 2 weeks when students must depart in the middle of a semester to resolve emergency or extraordinary situations such as medical treatment or the death of a family member, up to 4 weeks during the vacation period) Degree students: No limitation to travel permission reason for departure only during the vacation, the period of temporary departures cannot exceed 60 days per a year including vacation period.

You must obtain permission from IIAE by submitting the application at least 6 days in advance of your intended departure(based on your flight ticket) Q. How can I apply for a temporary departure? A. Preparing an application for temporary departure (requires Advisor professor’s signature after counseling) -> Submission to E-mail(int_admission@scnu.ac.kr)-> Notify permission result by e-mail Q. I couldn't buy the return flight to Korea, or the return flight has been changed. A. IIAE office will contact the student 2 weeks before returning to Korea via email. You must provide flight information before entering Korea.
