2025년 9월에 만료 예정인 외국인 유학생의 등록증 체류기간 연장을 신청받습니다. 학적 상태에 따라 신청 방법 및 제출 서류가 다르니 잘 읽어보고 맞춰서 신청하면 됩니다. # 직전 학기 성적 C(평균 2.0) 미만인 재학생, 모든 수업연한초과자, 수료자는 재정입증을 해야 합니다. - 재학생 기준금액: 800만원 이상 - 수업연한초과자, 수료생 기준금액(2025년 기준) 6개월 연장: 689만원 이상 6개월~12개월 연장: 1,378만원 이상 ※ 현금 입금 최소화하고, 해외 송금을 받으세요! ★ 반드시 국제교류 사무실로 서류를 제출해주세요!! (만약 꼭 비자 연장을 개별접수해야만 하는 이유가 있는 경우, 국제교류 사무실을 방문해서 알려주세요!)

(홈페이지 온라인 접수) (3), (4), (5) 학생은 모든 서류를 직접 가지고 9월 15일 ~ 9월 19일에 직접 국제교류교육본부 행정실로 가지고 오세요 (출입국사무소 창구 접수) When? From September 15th to September 19th How can I submit documents? ↓↓ # You can download the application file in this website (https://www.scnu.ac.kr/ials/main.do) or (https://www.hikorea.go.kr/Main.pt) 1. Students who applied (1), (2) case, please send a photo(or scan file) to an e-mail "sunmy@scnu.ac.kr" (the picture needs to be clear and all letters need to be shown well/ submit to immigration office website through on-line) 2. Students who applied (3), (4), (5) case, you need to bring all documents in person and hand-in to the international student office from September 15th to September 19th.

(4) 수업연한초과자 Students taking extra semester ① Application form 신청서 ② Alien card 외국인등록증 ③ Passport 여권 ④ Certificate of Residence 기숙사 입실 증명서 또는 기숙사에 살고 있지 않은 사람은 집 계약서 House Contract 제출 ⑤ Transcript 성적증명서 ⑥ Course Registration Confirmation(Registration History) 수강신청내역확인서 ⑦ Certification of tuition payment 등록금 납부확인서류 (또는 교육비납입증명서) ⑧ Confirmation form for faculty advisor on a Student`s Schedule 논문지도,졸업시험,학점취득 일정에 대한 지도교수 확인서 ⑨ Application fee 60,000won 행정수수료용 수입인지 6만원
⑩ Certificate of deposit balance 잔고증명 (신청자 본인 명의 한국 계좌): half year 6,890,000won ↑ 6개월 689만원 이상 ⑪ 최근 6개월 간 통장거래내역서 Statement of account transaction for the last 6 months (1) 자기나라에서 본인 한국 통장으로 금액을 지원받은 경우 : If you get money from your country : 외화거래내역서 제출 (2) 자기나라 본인 계좌와 연결된 카드로 한국 ATM기에서 출금 한 경우 : If you withdraw money from your own country account : 자기나라 본인 계좌 거래내역서 제출

★ 체류기간 연장 허용 기간 학사: 수료 후 2년 이내(입학 후 최대 6년) 석사: 수료 후 3년 이내(입학 후 최대 5년) 박사(석박사통합): 수료 후 5년 이내(입학 후 최대 8년) - Permissible period for extension of stay - Undergraduate: within 2 year after completion of coursework (up to 6 years after admission) Master : within 3 year after completion of coursework (up to 5 years after admission) Doctoral or Integrated PhD program: within 5 year after completion of coursework (up to 8 years after admission) 통장거래내역 및 성적, 논문 지도 확인서 등 서류를 엄격하게 심사합니다. Documents such as bank statement, transcript, and Thesis/Dissertation Supervision Confirmation will be reviewed according to strict standards.
