About the Department
The purpose of the Basic Medicine and Science Department is to provide intensive education to students who are preparing to go to a specialized graduate school of prosthodontics or transfer to a college of pharmacy. To that end, the curricular of this major include the following education necessary for study of prosthodontics:
- Repeated, college-level education of physics, chemistry, and biology for MEET/DEET
- Intensive English education for authorized English tests
- In-depth chemistry education for an depth interview (or a paper-based test)
- On-the-job training
